Configure Abby
Get your Abby API key to connect Order Invoicer
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that:
- You have an active Abby account
- Your Abby plan includes API access (a feature available on Pro plans and above)
- You have administrator access to your Abby workspace
Get your API key
Order Invoicer needs an API key to connect to your Abby account.
Open the API settings
- Log in to your Abby account at app.abby.fr
- Click your avatar in the bottom left
- Go to Settings > Intégrations > Clés API
Generate an API key
- Click Create an API key
- Give your key a descriptive name (e.g.
Order Invoicer) - Click Generate
- Copy the displayed key immediately — it starts with
suk_
The API key is displayed only once. If you lose it, you will need to generate a new one.
Enter your key in Order Invoicer
From the Abby connection form in Order Invoicer, paste your API key into the API Key field.
The connector will automatically validate your key by querying the Abby API.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid credentials" error
- Check that the key was copied in full (it can be long)
- Make sure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the string
- Check that the key was not revoked from your Abby account
"Feature unavailable" error
- Check that your Abby plan includes API access
- Contact Abby support to upgrade your plan if needed
