Configure EKAN
Connect your EKAN OMS to Order Invoicer
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that:
- Your logistics provider uses the EKAN OMS
- You have the API credentials (URL, username, password) provided by your logistician
EKAN access is not self-service: your logistics provider gives you the OMS URL along with a dedicated API username and password.
Get your credentials
Order Invoicer connects to EKAN via HTTP Basic authentication against your logistician's OMS host.
Request your API access from your logistician
Contact your logistics provider and ask for:
- The EKAN OMS URL (e.g.
https://oms.my-logistician.fr) - An API username
- An API password
Enter your credentials in Order Invoicer
In the EKAN connection form:
- EKAN OMS URL: the base URL of your instance, without a path
- EKAN username: your API username
- EKAN password: your API password
Click Test connection to verify your credentials before continuing.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid credentials" error
- Check that the URL matches the OMS host, with no extra path
- Make sure the username and password were copied with no spaces
- Confirm with your logistician that API access is enabled
