  1. In your dashboard, click "Add a connector"
  2. Select "PrestaShop" as the e-commerce platform
  3. Select "Sellsy" as the invoicing software
  4. Click "Create connector"

Important: This step creates the foundation of your integration. You can change the settings later.

Configure PrestaShop

  1. Your store URL: Enter the full URL of your PrestaShop (e.g. https://your-store.com)
  2. API key: Enter the API key generated in PrestaShop (32 characters)
  3. Click "Test connection" to verify access
  4. Click "Save" to validate the configuration

Verification: Make sure the URL ends with your domain (without a trailing /).

Click "Connect Sellsy" and accept the permissions.

Note: The Sellsy configuration is identical for all e-commerce platforms.

Enable your workflows

Once the Sellsy app is installed, you will be redirected automatically to this step.

Pay attention to the start date of your flows (by default, the date the connector is configured).

We recommend generating "drafts" rather than finalized invoices during the testing phase.

You can configure:

  • The document owner (by default, the user who configured Sellsy)
  • A document template
  • A pricing category

Missing a setting you consider essential? Please contact us by email at contact@orderinvoicer.com.

You must enable at least one flow to move on to the next step.
