Configure Sinao
Get your Sinao API key to connect Order Invoicer
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that:
- You have an active Sinao account
- You have administrator access to your Sinao company
Get your API key
Order Invoicer needs an API key to connect to your Sinao account.
Create an API key
- Log in to your Sinao account
- Go to Settings > API
- Create a new API key and copy it
The API key is tied to a single company. If you manage several companies, generate the key from the company you want to connect.
Enter your key in Order Invoicer
In the Sinao connection form, paste your API key into the API Key field.
Click Test connection to verify your key before continuing.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid credentials" error
- Check that the key was copied in full, with no spaces
- Make sure the key comes from the right Sinao company
- Check that the key was not revoked from your account
