How to add the fields in Wix

1. Open your Wix dashboard and go to Checkout Settings.
2. Click Edit under Checkout form.
3. Click Create Field.
4. Choose a text field for each fiscal identifier you want to collect.
5. Set the field title to the exact value you want Order Invoicer to read.
6. Mark the field required if your checkout should not proceed without it.
7. Save the checkout form.

For France, use Wix's native tax ID field for VAT when possible, and create custom fields for SIREN and SIRET only if needed.

For Mexico, use Wix's native tax ID field for RFC, then add custom fields for Régimen fiscal and Uso CFDI.

France

• VAT number: use Wix's native checkout tax ID field
• SIREN: create a custom checkout field and paste its exact title into SIREN lookup via metadata
• SIRET: create a custom checkout field and paste its exact title into SIRET lookup via metadata
• If VAT is stored in a custom field instead, paste that exact title into VAT number lookup via metadata

Mexico

• RFC: use Wix's native checkout tax ID field
• Régimen fiscal: create a custom checkout field and paste its exact title into Régimen fiscal (CFDI) via metadata
• Uso CFDI: create a custom checkout field and paste its exact title into Uso CFDI via metadata

Tip

Do not translate the field title after mapping it in Order Invoicer.
