Orders into invoices

Each order is automatically converted into an invoice.

Convert your orders into estimates, with draft, validation and signing.

Installation

To complete the full installation, you need both a Shopify account and an Axonaut account.

Install the Shopify app

Click the link above, choosing the store on which to install the connector.

Install from the Shopify marketplace

Once installed, the app will be visible from your Shopify admin under "Apps and sales channels" > "Axonaut".

Get your Axonaut API key

Log in to your Axonaut account
Go to Settings (wrench icon) > API
Click Show your API key
Copy the displayed key

Keep your API key in a safe place. Do not share it or publish it on public platforms.

Connect Axonaut

From the Shopify app, paste your Axonaut API key into the field provided for that purpose.

The connector will automatically validate your credentials by querying the Axonaut API.

Configure your workflows

Set up the rules for converting your orders into Axonaut documents:

Document type: Invoice or estimate
Status: Draft or validated
Customer matching: Customers are automatically reconciled by email

Activate your subscription

To allow the workflows to run properly, you need to activate your trial period.

Choose the right "Standard" or "Pro" subscription on Shopify.

Once the trial ends, the connector's billing will be integrated directly into your Shopify store invoice.

You can change your plan at any time from the app's configuration on Shopify:

"Apps and sales channels" > "Axonaut" > "Plan" > "Manage".

Check the conversion of your orders

Conversions are performed instantly (a few minutes' wait at most).

Customers already present in Axonaut are reconciled automatically by email
Tax information is retrieved from Shopify
Products are synced with their references

Configuration

You can change the connector's settings at any time.

Once you are satisfied with the connector, you can convert your orders into finalized invoices.
