Set up an Evoliz connector for Shopify

Each order is automatically converted into an invoice.

Installation
To complete the full installation, you need both a Shopify account and an Evoliz account.
Install the Shopify app
Click the link above, choosing the store on which to install the connector.
Install from the Shopify marketplaceOnce installed, the app will be visible from your Shopify admin under "Apps and sales channels" > "Evoliz".
Get your Evoliz API credentials
From your Evoliz account:
- Go to Applications > Available connectors
- Enable the Evoliz API connector (use the "API" tag to find it quickly)
- Generate your credentials: a public key and a secret key
- Retrieve your customer number by clicking the
?in the top right of the Evoliz interface
The secret key must be kept in a safe place. Do not share it or publish it on public platforms.
Connect Evoliz
From the Shopify app, fill in the three fields:
- Customer number: your Evoliz identifier
- Public key: generated in the previous step
- Secret key: generated in the previous step
The connector will automatically validate your credentials by connecting to the Evoliz API.
Configure your workflows
Set up the rules for converting your orders into Evoliz documents:
- Document type: Invoice, purchase order
- Status: Draft or validated
- Customer matching: Customers are automatically reconciled by email
Activate your subscription
To allow the workflows to run properly, you need to activate your trial period.
Choose the right "Standard" or "Pro" subscription on Shopify.
Once the trial ends, the connector's billing will be integrated directly into your Shopify store invoice.
You can change your plan at any time from the app's configuration on Shopify:
"Apps and sales channels" > "Evoliz" > "Plan" > "Manage".
Check the conversion of your orders
Conversions are performed instantly (a few minutes' wait at most).
- Customers already present in Evoliz are reconciled automatically by email
- Tax information is retrieved from Shopify
- Items are synced with their SKU references
- Shipping fees are added as an invoice line
Configuration
You can change the connector's settings at any time.
Once you are satisfied with the connector, you can convert your orders into finalized invoices, and even send them to your customers by email.
