Imposed Sellsy numbering
Fix the "ident is invalid" / numbering conformity error
To keep numbering consistent with your orders, Order Invoicer imposes the document number in Sellsy. Sellsy then returns the error "ident is invalid" (ident must always be set in import mode) when your numbering conformity preferences prevent that number from being set.
This error comes from your Sellsy settings, not from your Order Invoicer subscription.
How to fix it
Pick one of these:
- Allow an imposed number in Sellsy — in your Sellsy account's numbering / conformity settings, allow the document number to be customized. Order Invoicer will then be able to set the correct number.
- Let Sellsy do the numbering — configure the connector to use Sellsy's automatic numbering instead of the order's number.
