Sellsy stock sync
Choose the Sellsy warehouse synced with your store
Order Invoicer syncs stock between Sellsy and your store (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Mirakl), in both directions:
- Sellsy → store: Sellsy quantities update the store's stock, automatically every 5 minutes (every hour for Mirakl) while the sync is enabled, or on demand.
- Store → Sellsy: the store's quantities are written into Sellsy, as a manual sync.
You enable the sync in the connector's Workflows tab, Stocks section.
Sellsy stock warehouse
Sellsy keeps stock per warehouse. Only one warehouse is synced with your store: choose it in the Sellsy stock warehouse field, on the stock sync card of the Workflows tab. The choice is saved right away and applies to both directions:
- only the stock movements of this warehouse are sent to the store, and a manual sync sends this warehouse's quantity, not the total of your warehouses;
- the store's quantities are written into this warehouse.
Until you choose one, Order Invoicer uses the default warehouse of your Sellsy account (or the first one, if none is marked as default). With a single warehouse, the field is locked on it.
Movements in your other warehouses are not synced. If you delete the chosen warehouse in Sellsy, Order Invoicer goes back to the default warehouse.
The automatic sync only sends new movements: after you change the warehouse, your store keeps the old one's quantities until each product moves again. Start a manual sync Sellsy → store from the Stocks page to take the new warehouse's quantities right away.
Shopify locations
On Shopify, the stock of the chosen warehouse goes to the Shopify location with the same name (ignoring case). If no location has that name, it goes to the store's default location.
The Sellsy Warehouses tab of the connector's Stocks page shows the synced warehouse and the Shopify location that receives its stock.
