Sellsy document model and layout

When a document is created in Sellsy (invoice, sales order, estimate…), you can choose the model and layout applied to it. These settings live in the Workflows tab of the connector settings.

Model

The model is the document template defined in Sellsy: it drives the legal mentions, terms, numbering prefixes and default fields of the document.

• Choose Default to let Sellsy apply your account's default model.
• Or pick a specific model to force its use on documents created by this workflow.

Layout

The layout is the visual template (PDF layout) defined in Sellsy: logo, colors, arrangement of blocks.

• Choose Default to use your Sellsy account's default layout.
• Or pick a specific layout to apply it to documents created by this workflow.

Creating or editing a model / layout

Models and layouts are managed directly in Sellsy:

1. Open Sellsy, then your document settings.
2. Create or edit a model and/or a layout.
3. Come back to Order Invoicer: the new entries appear in the Model and Layout dropdowns.
