Email notifications

You can also receive notifications by email. To set them up, go to Menu > Settings > My profile > My email notifications.

You can enable notifications and choose which types of objects you want to be notified about.

You can be alerted to all account actions (depending on your access rights) or only to actions on the objects you own.

For example, you can be notified when an estimate is signed, when an invoice is paid, when a comment is added, and much more...

Good to know: these settings are individual; a salesperson can set up very different alerts from those of a logistics operator, for example.
