Required Sellsy permissions
The Sellsy privileges needed for the connector to work
The "Insufficient Sellsy account permissions" message is not related to your Order Invoicer subscription.
It depends on the Sellsy user account used to connect Sellsy:
- its privilege profile (the actions the user is allowed to perform), and
- for some features, the account's Sellsy plan (certain options are only available on paid Sellsy plans).
Until the permissions below are granted, the related settings stay locked.
How to fix
- Reconnect Sellsy with a Sellsy administrator account (it automatically has all privileges), or
- Ask your Sellsy administrator to grant the privilege profile the permissions listed below, then reconnect Sellsy.
The detail of your account's permissions is shown on the Sellsy card of the connector configuration page, along with their status (granted or missing).
Required permissions
It is strongly recommended that the user configuring this step be an administrator of the Sellsy account, so that they automatically have all the permissions required by the connector.
Otherwise, please make sure the collaborator's privilege profile has at least the following permissions:
- Clients / Client visibility level: All
- Clients / Create clients
- Contacts / Contact visibility level: All
- Contacts / Create contacts
- Invoicing / Access to the Invoicing module
- Invoicing / Invoice visibility level: All
- Invoicing / Create invoices
- Invoicing / Validate invoices
- Invoicing / Credit note visibility level: All
- Invoicing / Create credit notes
- Invoicing / Validate credit notes
- Invoicing / Purchase order visibility level: All
- Invoicing / Create purchase orders
- Invoicing / Allow creating purchase orders for a client with an overdue invoice
- Invoicing / Template visibility level: All
- Invoicing / Allow adding simple lines to documents
- Catalog / Create products and services
- Catalog / Edit products and services
- Catalog / Manage variants
Click "Connect Sellsy" and accept the permissions.
